摘要
雷暴灾害脆弱性是人类社会经济易于或敏感于遭受雷暴威胁和损失的性质与状态,它受到一个区域的自然系统、社会系统及其组合关系的影响。本研究通过对江苏省历史雷暴灾害调查分析,结合雷暴孕灾环境和成灾特点,认为多年平均雷暴日数、人均国民产值、人口密度、水域面积、海拔高度和综合灾度等6个因子对雷暴灾害脆弱性有着极大的相关关系,以此六项要素作为指标,采用层次分析法确定各因子的权重,建立雷灾脆弱度计算模型,并借助于GIS分析工具,对江苏省雷暴灾害脆弱性进行定量评估。
Thunderstorm vulnerability is the property and state about human social economy＇s sensitivity to threatening and loss of thunderstorm and is influenced by natural system, social system and their combination. Firstly, the historical thunderstorms in Jiangsu province is analyzed in this paper and it is found that thunderstorm vulnerability is correlative with some factors included days of thunderstorm, average GDP, population density, river area, height above sea level and synthetical disaster degree. Then, a model of thunderstorm vulnerability is found with analytical hierachical process（AHP） and these factors. Finaly, a quantitative evaluation of TFD in Jiangsu is given out with the help of GIS.
