摘要
研究了压力及铸型材料对差压铸造Al-Si合金致密度的影响。通过试验得出:提高压力或者铸件的冷却速度,可以提高铸件的致密度。但是当压力较低时,过高的冷却速度反而得不到致密度均匀的铸件。改变凝固顺序能够使铸件各部分的密度差减小。
The effect of pressure and mould material on density of Al-Si alloy produced by counter-pressure casting method was studied. The experimental results indicate that the density of castings can be improved with the increase of the pressure or cooling rate. However, over fast cooling rate can't gain uniform density castings when the pressure is low. Changing the solidification progressive can reduce the density variation among every part in castings.
