摘要
本文采用电铝热还原法制备了钒铝合金,通过DSC分析,Al与V_2O_5的反应过程反应级数为n=0.367,表观活化能E_a=191.47 kJ·mol^(-1)。从试验研究可知,焙烧温度为1 500℃,焙烧时间20 min,Al/V_2O_5=0.8,渣系配比为Al_2O_3:CaO:CaF_2=4:4:2时,制备出符合钒铝合金牌号为VAl65的钒铝合金,制备的钒铝合金的主要物相为Al_8V_5和Al_2V_3,合金收率70.2%,钒收率为87%。
Vanadium-aluminum alloy is prepared by electrical aluminium thermal reduction process. Through DSC analysis, the reaction series of A1 and V205 reaction process is n =0. 367 and the apparent activation energy Ea is 191.47 kJ/mol. VA165 vanadium-aluminum alloy could be prepared under roasting temperature of 1 500℃ , roast- ing time of 20 min Al8V5 and Al2V3. Al/V2O5 =0.8 and the ratio of slag series of Al2O3: CaO: CaF2 =4: 4: 2, which main phase is Alloy yield and vanadium recovery could achieve 70.2% and 87%
