摘要 为提高船体扭转角变形的测量精度,依据条纹宽度变化求测量扭转角的原理,研究莫尔条纹宽度变化与测量精度的关系,得出增大莫尔条纹宽度可提高测量精度的规律;为克服增大条纹宽度受限于CCD感光面积的不足,采用莫尔条纹图像亚像素细分方法,使条纹宽度测量的最大误差达到0.036 pixel,扭转角测量精度提高到1.2″。 According to the principle of measuring torsion by the change of fringe width, the relationship is researched between the change of moiré fringe's width and measurement precision in order to improve measurement precision of ship torsion angle. The conclusion is gotten that enlarging moiré fringe width can improve measurement precision. To overcome the deficiency that fringe width is too big to be completely received by CCD, the method of CCD sub-pixel subdivision to moiré fringe image was put forward. The biggest measurement error of fringe width can reach 0.036 pixel, and it makes torsion measurement precision reach 1.2″.
