摘要
从连云港海域的海水和海泥中分离海洋细菌,以水稻纹枯病菌为指示菌对分离到的海洋细菌的抑菌活性进行检测,经过初筛、纯化、定量复筛,获得11株抑菌效果较好的海洋细菌。采用室内抑菌法测定了这11个活性菌株对8种植物病原真菌的抑制效果,结果表明,菌株MG-sm-3、PY-sw-1、PY-sw-9和Ns-sw-6的抑菌谱广且抑菌活性强。用硫酸铵沉淀法提取了这11个活性菌株的胞外粗蛋白,平板抑菌试验结果表明,菌株PY-sw-1的胞外粗蛋白对7种病原真菌的菌丝生长均有抑制效果,尤其对云薹链格孢(Alternaria brassicae)、灰梨孢(Pyriculariagrisea)、灰葡萄孢(Botrytis cinerea)和立枯丝核菌(Rhizoctonia solani)有显著抑制作用。田间试验结果表明,菌株PY-sw-1及其胞外物质对水稻纹枯病的防治效果最好,喷施后7 d的防效分别为63.2%和53.9%。以上试验结果说明一些海洋源微生物对植物病害的防治具有一定的功效。
The 643 strains of marine bacteria were isolated from sea mud and water collected from Lianyungang sea area and 11 strains of them with antagonistic activities against rice sheath blight fungus were selected by the first screening, purification and quantitative second screening. The antimicrobial spectra of 11 strains against 8 plant pathogenic fungi were tested and the strains MG-sm-3, PY-sw-9, PY-sw-1 and Ns-sw-6 showed wide antimicrobial spectra and smmg antimicrobial activities. The extracellular crude protein of the PY-sw-I extracted by ( NH4 ) 2SO4 were strongly antibiotic against 7 plant pathogenic fungi, especially against Alternaria brassicae, Rhizoctonia solani, Phytopthora grisea and Botrytis cinema. Pot and field experiments showed that the marine bacterium PY-sw-1 and its extracellular substance had the best control efficacy on rice sheath blight. Results above indicates that marine bacteria are useful in the biocontrol of plant diseases.
