Survivin在膀胱癌组织中的表达及其临床意义 被引量：3

摘要 Survivin高表达于绝大多数恶性肿瘤，研究结果显示其通过抗凋亡、调节细胞周期、促进血管形成等途径参与肿瘤的发生和发展。我们通过运用实时定量RT-PCR法检测膀胱癌组织中Sur-vivinmRNA的表达，探讨其与病理分级、临床分期及预后之间的关系。
