摘要
利用不同地点采集发病烟苗根围土样的方法,从重庆黔江烟草地共采集了土样31份,经分离纯化获得一株对供试致病烟草青枯菌有较强抑制作用的拮抗菌株swu31-2,通过其形态特征,生理生化试验和16S rDNA序列的测定,初步判定属于铜绿假单胞菌.
Thirty-one soil samples were collected from the rhiszosphere of diseased tobacco plants at various sites in Qianjiang county of Chongqing city, and by isolation and purification, one antagonistic bacterium strain (swu31-2) was obtained from them, which showed obvious antagonistic effects against tobacco wilt. Based on its morphological, physiological and biochemical characteristics and on 16S rDNA sequences analysis, swu31-2 was tentatively identified as Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
