摘要
通过超声波辅助提取技术,考察了提取时间、超声波功率及提取次数、料液比四因素对槐米芦丁提取率的影响。用SAS软件程序对实验数据进行了二次响应面分析,对4项工艺参数进行了优化,得出槐米芦丁超声波提取的二次回归方程;通过岭脊分析得出槐米芦丁超声波提取的最佳条件为:室温下,20 kHz、1000 W超声波,料液比(g:mL)1:15,提取10 min,连续提取2次。在此条件下测得的芦丁提取率为19.16%。
The effects of time, ratio of material to water (g:mL), extraction times, ultrasonic wave power on the yield of Rutin were studied and the parameters for optimum yield were obtained by using SAS software. The results showed that the optimum parameters was : room temperature, 20 kHz.1 000 W, 1 : 15 (g..mL), 10 minutes twice. In this situation, the extraction yield of Rutin is 19.16%.
