摘要
槐米用^(60)Co 产生的γ射线照射使芸香酶灭活,用硼砂作缓冲剂,亚硫酸氢钠为抗氧剂,以饱和石灰水提取,所得产品芦丁含量>95%,提取率85%。
The powdered buds of Sophora japonica L.were irradiated withγ-rays from a ^(60)Co source to inactivate the contained enzymes,then extractedwith saturated lime water,using borax as buffer and sodium hydrogen sulfite asantioxidant.The content of obtained rutin was above 95%,and the extractionrate was above 85%.
