班级管理是学校日常工作的重要内容,班级的整体面貌是学校校风的重要体现。做好班级管理工作不仅是学校健康发展的需要,也是社会和谐发展的组成。以育人为纲是班级管理工作的宗旨,赋予热心、真心和爱心是做好班级管理工作的前提,善于研究学生是班级管理工作的重要方法,学校重视、政策支持是班级管理工作健康发展的保证。
The students＇ management is the routine work of a school, the management of a class is the shadow of a school＇s spirit. To manage a class well is the demand of the sound development of a school; it is also the demand of a harmonious society. The tenet of students＇ management is to cultivate students as an outline, and is needs enthusiasm, love and care. It＇s necessary to study the students and the school＇s support and hetp is vital to the students＇ management of a class.
