摘要
研制了一种可以在常温下涂刷使用、环境友好型的硅酸盐系隔热涂料,通过二次正交试验L9(33)的方法对涂料配方中主要的隔热组分:中空玻璃微珠、海泡石、二氧化钛的隔热性能进行了分析研究,并最终得到较好的涂料配方:成膜助剂酸改性水玻璃25g、空心玻璃微珠6g、海泡石10g、二氧化钛6g、滑石粉3g、高岭土3g。通过检测,涂料具有较好的机械性能和隔热效果。
The title environment friendly silicate heat -insulating coatings was developed, which can be applied at room temperature. Through twice orthogonal experiment design L9 (3^3) , the heat insulation properties of the main in gredients, such as hollowglass beads, sepiolite and TiO2, are investigated to give the best formulation -- acid modified sodium silicate binder 23 g, hollow glass bead content 6 g, sepiolite 10 g, titanium dioxide 6 g, talc 3 g,kaolin 2 g. By relevant testing, the coating exhibit better mechanical properties and thermal insulating performance.
