摘要
机械故障是变压器有载调压分接开关(OLTC)的主要故障类型,监测其机械性能对保障电力系统安全稳定运行具有重要意义。为了给OLTC故障诊断提供更丰富的信息源,提出了一种基于多维坐标空间提取相轨图几何特征的方法,它区别于传统时、频域分析法,通过定义相点空间分布系数以定量描述开关操作时不同振动模式的特征变化,从混沌动力学角度为机械状态监测与故障诊断提供一项新的科学依据。现场监测数据分析表明,提出的特征提取方法可行。
Being different from the traditional time and frequency domain analysis, a feature extraction methodology was presented for phase portrait structure based on multidimensional coordinates space, in which a phase point distribution coefficient was defined to quantitatively describe the feature variance of different vibration modes with onload tap changers (OLTC) operations. Thereby, a new criterion for mechanical performance monitoring and fault diagnosis from a chaotic dynamics point of view was obtained. Analyses of the recorded data from field expertraents show that the proposed feature extraction scheme is feasible and applicable.
