横向荷载下桥梁钢结构疲劳断裂模拟实验

摘要 桥梁钢结构具有自重轻、使用便利、桥梁跨度好等优点广泛应用于桥梁建设中,横向荷载对其抗疲劳性能具有一定的影响,为此设计模拟实验检测在三种不同的荷载下,桥梁钢结构的疲劳断裂情况。实验采用同一试件上的三处测点,在一级荷载参数、二级荷载参数、三级荷载参数下,对比测点的抗疲劳曲线形变状态。实验结果表明,在一级荷载参数下,三处测点未发生形变现象,抗疲劳能力较好;在二级荷载参数下,仅测点1发生形变现象;在三级荷载参数下,仅测点3未发生形变现象,其余两处测点断裂。因而,得出结论:在横向荷载下的疲劳断裂顺序为细节负载部分过度至集合平滑部分,测点的表面加工对钢结构的抗疲劳强度具有直接的影响。 The bridge steel structure has the advantages of light weight,convenient use,good span and so on,which are widely used in the bridge construction.The transverse load has certain influence on the fatigue resistance of the bridge steel structure.Therefore,the design simulation experiment is designed to detect the fatigue fracture of the bridge steel structure under three different loads.In the experiment,three measurement points on the same specimen were used to compare the deformation state of anti-fatigue curve of the measurement points under the first-order load parameters,second-order load parameters and third-order load parameters.The experimental results show that no deformation occurs at the three measuring points under the first-order load parameters,and the fatigue resistance is good.Under the second-order load parameters,deformation occurs only at point 1.Under the third-order load parameters,only point 3 did not undergo deformation,and the other two points were fractured.Therefore,it is concluded that the fatigue fracture sequence under the transverse load is from the detail load to the aggregate smooth part,and the surface machining of the measuring points has a direct impact on the fatigue strength of the steel structure.
