摘要 目的研究微血管密度(MVD)与人脑胶质瘤MRI表现的关系,探讨胶质瘤影像学表现的分子机制。方法收集手术病理证实的脑胶质瘤13例,分析其MRI表现。采用免疫组化技术测定其MVD,对照MRI表现与MVD的关系。结果高度恶性组MVD(82.1±13.5)显著高于低度恶性组MVD(64.3±11.0)(P<0.05),胶质瘤的水肿程度及增强程度与MVD密切相关(P<0.05),但其大小与MVD没有相关性(P>0.05)。结论胶质瘤的MRI表现在一定程度上反映微血管密度和病理分级,为临床评价和治疗提供有价值信息。 Objective To study the correlation of MRI features with microvessel density (MVD) in human gliomas. Methods MRI findings of 13 cases of gliomas were reviewed. Factor Ⅷ on the specimens of the respected tumors was stained with immunohistochemical method and MVD was measured. The results were compared with MRI findings. Results The MVD (82. 1±13.5 ) in high malignant group was higher than that (64. 3 ± 11.0) in low malignant group (P 〈 0. 05 ). MRI findings such as, the extent of peritumor edema and the degree of contrast enhancement had statistical corelation with MVD (P 〈 0.05). But the size of lesions showed no obvious correlation with MVD (P 〉 0. 05). Conclusion It is helpful for MRI to evaluate MVD of gliomas and the pathological grades.
