三维数字减影血管造影对颅内动脉瘤的诊断价值 被引量:21

Diagnostic value of three-dimensional digital subtraction angiography in intracranial aneurysms

摘要 目的探讨3DDSA在颅内动脉瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法对49例疑诊或确诊脑动脉瘤病例,在常规数字减影(2DDSA)的基础上,行3DDSA检查,并对其结果对比分析。结果49例中,经3DDSA证实共检出47例53个动脉瘤,与2DDSA相比,3DDSA能更准确地显示动脉瘤形态、瘤颈及其与载瘤动脉的关系,精确计算动脉瘤的瘤颈、体大小,对微小或复杂动脉瘤的诊断亦明显优于2DDSA。结论3DDSA可提供很多2DDSA不能提供的有价值信息,提高颅内动脉瘤诊断的准确性。 Objective To evaluate the value of three-dimensional digital subtraction angiography (3D DSA) in diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms. Methods From January 2001 to June 2004, two-dimensional angiography and three-dimensional angiography were performed in 49 patients with confirmed or suspected aneurysms, and the effects of 2D DSA and 3D DSA were analyzed and compared. Results 47 patients with 53 aneurysms were identified with 3D DSA. Compared with 2D DSA, 3D DSA could clearly show the aneurysm shape, the aneurysm neck and its relationship with the parent artery, and exactly judge the size of the neck and the body of aneurysm. In addition, 3D DSA was superior to 2D DSA in diagnosis of tiny and complicated aneurysms. Conclusion 3D DSA can provide more valuable information of intracranial aneurysms than 2D DSA does, and promote the diagnostic accuracy of intracranial aneurysms.
