茄子下胚轴和子叶离体培养研究 被引量:10

摘要 以茄子子叶和下胚轴为外植体,以MS为基本培养基,分别添加不同的激素,探讨其对外植体分化的影响和不同基因型、不同外植体分化能力的差异。结果表明:6-BA可以较好地诱导不定芽分化,6-BA质量浓度为3mg/L时,下胚轴不定芽分化率可达65.6%。NAA可以诱导不定根的分化,但分化率很低,NAA质量浓度为0.3 mg/L时分化率最高,为6.7%。不同基因型、不同外植体发生分化的能力差别很大。MS+NAA 0.3mg/L+IAA0.3mg/L最适宜不定芽生根。 Cotyledons and under hypocotyls of eggplant were used as explants and MS was the basic mediurn supplied with different auxins to study the influence of auxin, genotype and explants on differentiation. The results showed that 6-BA was efficient in adventitious bud differentiation, particularly for under hypocotyls, and the best concentration was 3 mg/L with differentiation rate 65.6%. Cotyledons and under hypocotyls can differentiate adventitious roots when NAA concentration was between 0.1 mg/L and 0.3 mg/L. However the rate was very low in general. The highest rate was only 6.7 % when NAA was 0.3 rng/L. The experiments also showed that differentiation rate differed among varieties and explants. Furthermore the best medium for radication was MS + NAA 0.3 rng/L + IAA 0.3 mg/L.
