摘要
以观赏茄‘金蛋’为材料,研究了不同因素对观赏茄花药愈伤组织诱导的影响。结果表明,花药愈伤组织的诱导受多种因素的影响,最适的诱导培养基组合为MS+2,4-D 0.5 mg/L+KT 0.25 mg/L+LH 1 000 mg/L+G ln 500 mg/L+蔗糖50 g/L;低温预处理和短期热激处理都能显著提高花药愈伤组织的诱导率,但2者效应没有叠加作用。
In an experiment with the ornamental eggplant （ Solanum melongena L. ） cuhivar Jindan, anther callus induction was found to be influenced by many factors. The optimum medium was MS ＋ 2,4-D 0.5 mg/L ＋ KT 0.25 mg/L ＋ LH 1 000 mg/L ＋ Gin 500 mg/ L ＋ sucrose 50 g/L. A pretreatment of low temperature of a short - duration of high temperature treatment significantly increased callus induction rate. The two treatments, however, did not show any synergistic effect.
