摘要 应用博弈理论分析了合作伙伴在虚拟企业信息共享中的决策过程,研究了克服虚拟企业低层次信息共享的对策。建立了虚拟企业信息共享博弈模型,指出了信息共享的"囚徒困境"。在此基础上,分析了低层次信息共享形成原因,并提出了相应的解决措施。针对信息不对称环境下常用的惩罚机制无法实现虚拟企业高层次信息共享的弊端,建立了竞拍与惩罚相结合的信息共享机制。分析表明,虚拟企业高层次信息共享是可以实现的。 Partner's decision process on information sharing in virtual enterprise was analyzed with game theory, and the strategies to solve low-level information sharing in virtual enterprise were studied. The game theory model of information sharing in virtual enterprise was formulated and the prisoner's dilemma in information sharing was also pointed out. Based on this, causes leading to low-level information sharing were analyzed and corresponding measures were also put forward. To overcome disadvantages in traditional punishing mechanism under the circumstance of asymmetrical information, a new mechanism integrating bidding mechanism with punishing mechanism was proposed. Theoretical analysis showed that high-level information sharing in virtual enterprise could be realized.
