摘要
采用DNS法测定不同pH值条件下贵州疣螈(Tylototriton kweichowoensis)消化系统不同组织中淀粉酶的活性,结果表明:贵州疣螈消化系统胃、肝、前肠、中肠、后肠淀粉酶的最适pH依次是:2.2、7.8、7.0、7.8和8.2。在最适pH下(30℃)各组织的淀粉酶活性依次25.1、110.3、53.7、58.7和43.3个活性单位。
Using DNS to mensurate the Tylototriton kweichowoensis' s amylase activeness under different pH conditions in the different organizations of its digestive system, the result indicates that the Tylototriton kweichowoensis digestive system: stomach, the liver, the foregnt, the midgut, and hindgut amylase' s most suitable pH are in turn: 2.2, 7.8, 7.0, 7.8 and 8.2.Under the most suitable pH (30℃) each organization's amylase activeness is in turn 25.1, 110.3, 53.7, 58.7 and 43.3 activity units.
