高阻隔性容器吹塑专用料的研制 被引量:6

摘要 以尼龙6(PA6)为基体,加入增韧增粘改性剂进行共混改性,研究了不同增韧增粘改性剂及其含量对PA6熔体粘度、阻隔性、力学性能等的影响。结果表明,以聚烯烃热塑性弹性体/丙烯酸酯类共聚物为增韧增粘剂且含量约为10%时,可以得到综合能优于PA6的高阻隔性容器吹塑专用料,该材料可用作汽油、农药等的包装储罐,具有广阔的应用前景。 Some blends were prepared by adding toughness and viscosity modifiers to PA6. The effects of modifier categories and content on the melting viscosity, barrier and mechanical properties of PA6 were studied. The results showed that polyolefin - TPR/ ACR copolymer was the best toughness and viscosity modifier. The high barrier container special plastic whose properties were better than those of PA6 was obtained when adding 10% content of this modifier. This special plastic could be manufactured tanker for gasoline and insecticides and had a good prospect for use.
