西妥昔单抗联合伊立替康为主方案治疗晚期结直肠癌临床疗效观察 被引量：6

摘要 目的:观察西妥昔单抗联合伊立替康治疗晚期结直肠癌的有效性与安全性。方法:全组共14例患者,均经病理组织学确诊,采用西妥昔单抗联合伊立替康单药或FOLFIRI方案治疗。结果:14例患者治疗后取得部分缓解3例,病情稳定7例,疾病进展4例,有效率21%,疾病控制率71%,中位生存期16周。主要的毒性反应是痤疮样皮疹和腹泻。结论:西妥昔单抗联合伊立替康为主方案对晚期结直肠癌患者有效。除痤疮样皮疹外,毒副作用无明显增加。
