摘要
目的:探究CD44在肠息肉和结直肠癌中的表达以及相关性。方法:将经过结肠镜检获取的结直肠息肉、腺瘤以及癌组织80例进行病理检验并分型,然后用免疫组化法检测各类型标本中的CD44,分析其与结直肠癌的语法及预后关系。结果:CD44在结直肠癌组织中的表达率为90.1%,显著高于炎性增生息肉27.6%、正常黏膜4.4%、绒毛息肉73.3%以及管状腺瘤性息肉53.4%;CD44的表达强度与肠息肉癌变进展呈正相关。结论:CD44在大肠癌的癌组织中高表达,其表达与临床病例的特征具有显著相关性。
Objective:To explore the expression of CD44 and its correlation in intestinal polyps and colorectal cancer.Methods:Colorectal polyps,adenoma and carcinoma will get through colonoscopy pathological examination of 80 cases and genotyping,then by immunohistochemistry assay samples of various types of CD44,analyzed the relationship between grammar and prognosis of colorectal cancer.Results:CD44 in colorectal cancer tissues expression was 90.1%,significantly higher than 27.6%of inflammatory hyperplastic polyps and normal mucosa 4.4%,73.3%villous polyps and tubular adenomas was 53.4%;the expression of intestinal polyps progress positively correlated with CD44.Conclusion:CD44 in colorectal cancer tissues with high expression,their expression and clinical characteristics of patients having a significant correlation.
