摘要
以左右支架模具为例详细阐述了两板式侧浇口注射模的结构设计要点与工作过程,在结合多年实践经验的基础上通过采用CAE软件进行流动分析,得出了一个合理而实用的流道系统方案,使模具的缺陷大大降低,进而提高了塑件的内在质量和改善塑件的工作性能。
The key points in the structural design of a two-plate type injection mould with side runner for a left and right bracket, and the working process were described in detail. A feasible runner system was obtained based on the CAE flow analysis and practical experiences. With the application, the mould defects were diminished, and the quality and performance of the plastic bracket were improved.
