摘要
以壁挂式空调器面板流动分析为例,介绍了Moldflow软件的作用,通过应用MPI5.0软件对2种CAE流动方案进行了填充对比分析,得到了一种切实可行的方案,充分展现了CAE技术在浇注系统设计和注射模开发过程中所起的突出作用。
Moldflow software was used to analyze plastics flowing status during the forming of wall hanging air-conditioner front panel. Comparison and analysis was made between two CAE plastics feeding schemes by applying MPI 5.0 software and a feasible plan was obtained. It fully reveals the outstanding effect of CAE technology in design of feeding system and development of injection mould.
