摘要
采用催化湿式氧化法对炼油碱渣废水进行处理,研究了活性组分种类、载体种类、负载量对催化活性的影响,以及投加量、温度、氧气压力和催化剂重复使用对氧化过程的影响。结果表明,γ-Al2O3负载10%Mn催化剂具有较好的催化活性,最佳投加量为2 g/L;在温度为220℃、氧气压力为2.0 MPa的优化条件下反应2 h,对COD的去除率可达到92.3%,出水pH值降至8.16,能达到污水处理厂的进水要求。催化剂的重复使用性好,CeO2的加入可以减少活性组分的溶出量。
Catalytic wet oxidation method was used to treat refinery alkaline residue wastewater. The influence of active ingredient types, support types, support capacity on catalytic activity, and the influence of dosage, temperature, oxygen pressure and catalyst reuse on oxidation process were investigated. The results show that the most efficient catalyst is obtained by 10% Mn supported on γ-Al2O3. Under the optimal conditions of 2 g/L catalysts dosage, 220 ℃ reaction temperature, 2.0 MPa oxygen pressure and 2 h operation time, the removal rate of COD is 92.3%, and the pH value in the effluent drops to 8.16. The results accord to the national requirements for the influent of wastewater treatment plants. The catalyst is suitable for reuse, and the addition of CeO2 can reduce the loss of active ingredients.
