摘要
采用湿式空气氧化法处理含硫化钠废碱液。考察了反应温度、氧气流速和反应时间对硫化钠去除率的影响 ,确定硫化钠废碱液湿气氧化过程的最佳反应条件为 ,温度 90℃ ,氧气流速 0 2L·min- 1 。反应时间 90min。在此反应条件下 ,硫化钠的去除率达到99 89% ,剩余硫化钠的含量仅为 3 8mg·L- 1 。通过添加氧化铜、氧化锰等催化剂发现 :催化剂可以大大缩短反应时间 ,并且可以降低反应操作温度。动力学研究表明 。
Sodium sulfide spent caustic liquor was treated by wet air oxidation (WAO). Effects of reaction temperature, oxygen velocity and reaction time on the removal ratio of sodium sulfide were investigated.The obtained optimum reaction conditions were temperature 90 ℃,oxygen velocity 0.2 L·min -1 and reaction time 90 min. Under above optimum conditions, the removal ratio of sodium sulfide was 99.89% and the remainder only was 3.8 mg·L -1 .CuO、MnO 2 etc was added as catalyst,which can greatly shorten reaction time and drop reaction temperature.Kinetics research indicated that wet air oxidation of sodium sulfide spent caustic liquor was described by first order equation.
