摘要
目的 建立枸杞子中甜菜碱含量的HPLC测定方法.方法 采用磺酸基团键合硅胶的阳离子交换剂(SCX)为填充剂;流动相为乙腈-0.05 mol·L^-1磷酸二氢钾-磷酸(15∶85∶0.18);检测波长为192 nm.结果 甜菜碱浓度线性范围为0.40~2.40 μg;甜菜碱的平均回收率为98.99%,RSD为0.86%(n=6).结论 该法灵敏度高,结果准确,可作为枸杞子中甜菜碱的定量测定方法.
Aim To establish a method for determination of betaine in lycium Chinese by HPLC.Methods The chromatographic column was shim-park Hypersil SCX(250 mm×4.6 mm,5.0 μm).The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.05 mol·L^-1potassium dihydrogen phosphate-phosphoric acid(15∶85∶0.18),and UV detection was performed at 192 nm.Results The linear range was 0.40~2.40 μg,the average recover was 98.99%,and RSD was 0.86%(n=6).Conclusion This method is accurate,reliable as well as specific and can be used to determine the content of betaine in lycium Chinese.
