摘要
多级离心泵泵轴细长,传递功率大,工作时易弯曲引起故障。泵轴校直困难,原因是泵轴弯点难以确定。介绍了一种确定泵轴轴端弯点的方法,即在轴全长先采用三点法进行初测,初步确定弯曲段,然后采用五点法进行测量,确定弯曲点。若还不能确定弯曲点,可在两测点之间加测点进行测量,最后采用作图法或数值比较法即可确定泵轴端弯点。
The shaft of a multi-stage centrifugal pump is easy to bend because of being thin and long and providing large transmission power. The straightening of the pump shaft is difficult because the bending points on the shaft are hard to determine. A method for determining the bending points on the shaft end is introduced, i. e. to determine the bending section by means of a preliminary measurement of the whole shaft by using the three-point method, then determining the bending points by using the five-point method. If the bending points cannot still be determined, it is recommended to add new measuring points between two measuring points. By using the graphic method and numerical value comparing method, the bending points on the pump shaft can be determined.
