摘要
电梯导轨需要高精度的矫直。本文采用正交多项式回归技术和最佳次数选取方法对电梯导轨测量数据进行处理,构造用于矫直的电梯导轨几何模型。该方法的结果表明,所建立的模型能够合理地选择加工支点,具有简单、快速、高效的特点。
The elevator guide needs high precision straightening. In this paper, the orthogonal polynomials regression techniques and optimum step choice method are used to deal with the measured data of the elevator guide, and the model of the guide to be straightened is constructed. The result of this method indicates that this model can choice processing fulcrum rationally, which has the features of simplicity, rapidity and high efficency.
