摘要
我国法院对仲裁裁决司法监督实行的一审终局制是最高人民法院通过一系列的司法解释建立的。这一制度同程序公正和当事人享有公正审判请求权等仲裁裁决司法监督制度价值不相适宜。借鉴仲裁发达国家的仲裁立法经验,建立两审终审制的仲裁裁决司法监督体系是修改《仲裁法》的重要内容。
Chinese court to sapervise arbitrational adjudication is set up by the Supreme People＇s Court, which system isict somehow suitea with the fair jastice, etc. so, we should steup the fair system of arbitrational adjudication.
