摘要
目的研究阿昔洛韦(ACV)与羟丙基-β-环糊精(HP-β-CD)在水溶液中的包合作用。方法采用相溶解度法测定ACV与HP-β-CD在水溶液中的包合作用、包合比及包合过程中的热力学参数变化。结果ACV与HP-β-CD可形成1∶1摩尔比可溶性包合物,相溶解度图呈AL-型;ACV与HP-β-CD在水溶液中的包合过程可自发进行(ΔG<0)。结论ACV与HP-β-CD在水溶液中可自发形成1∶1摩尔比可溶性包合物。
Objective To investigate the complexation of acyclovir (ACV) with hydroxypropyl-β- cyclodextrin (HP-β-CD) in aqueous solutions. Methods The measurements of the complexation mecha- nism, inclusion molar ratio of the host and vip molecules and change of thermodynamic parameters were carried out by phase solubility method. Results The phase solubility diagrams showed a typical AL-type, suggested the formation of a soluble complex of 1:1 molar ratio. The change in the thermo-dynamic parameters suggested that the complexation could proceed spontaneously. Conclusion An 1:1 molar ratio inclusion complex of ACV with HP-β-CD could be formed spontaneously.
