摘要
目的深入观察和验证穴位注射治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的临床疗效。方法采用统一表格,对穴注组和胃复春对照组的疗程前后的临床症状、胃镜、病理分别进行检查、观察、记录,对观察和治疗结果进行比较分析。结果穴注法防治CAG的治疗作用明显优于胃复春组,穴注组对CAG病人的胃痛、腹胀等多种临床症状有显著的疗效,与对照组间有显著性差异。结论穴位注射防治CAG的疗效确切,是防治CAG的一个经济、安全,并且易于推广的治疗方法。
OBJECTIVE To observe and confirm the therapeutic effect of acupuncture point injection in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis（CAG）. METHOD Comparisons and analyses were made on the clinical symptoms, results of gastroscope and the pathological conditions of the injection group and the control group treated with Weifuchun, using standard tables. RESULT Acupuncture point injection had markedly better effect in treating a number of clinical symptoms like gastralgia, abdominal pain, etc., with great differences as compared with the control group. CONCLUSION Acupuncture point injection is an effective method in the treatment of CAG, economical, safe and simple for spreading.
