摘要
通过接枝聚合的方法对胶原蛋白进行改性,显著改善了胶原蛋白易溶于水的缺点,使之能够应用于纤维工业,并通过红外光谱对接枝改性的胶原蛋白进行了表征.同时,研究了几种不同比例胶原蛋白与聚丙烯腈共混纺丝液的纺丝性能,通过Instron 5565型强力仪、扫描电镜等对纤维的力学性能与形貌进行了测试和分析.
Graft modification of collagen is developed and this modification can largely change it's solubility in water, thus make it can be used in fiber production. Grafting modified collagen is characterized by infrared spectrum. In addition, spinning performances of spinning solution with several amount of modified collagen are checked, the mechanical performance and micro-appearance of collagen/ polyacrylonitrile composite fiber are tested by Instron 5565 strength tester and scanning electron microscope.
