摘要
酒店管理专业是具有鲜明职业特色的高职专业,随着社会的发展,行业的变化,酒店管理专业的建设面临机遇与挑战,在许多方面都存在有待继续探索的问题。文章就专业定位、师资队伍建设、课程设置、实践教学、校企联合、国际合作等方面进行相应的思考,提出了酒店管理专业建设的一些措施。
Hotel Management Speciality is one of the higher vocational specialities with their own characteristics. With the social development and industrial changes, the construction of Hotel Management Speciality faces great opportunities and challenges, and there exist many problems to be explored further. This paper reflects on its orientation, teaching staff, curriculum, experimental teaching, cooperation of college and enterprise, international cooperation, etc. Furthermore, it outs forward some measures to imorove the speciality.
