摘要
新一轮大学英语教学改革将大学英语四级考试改革放在了十分重要的位置.从语言测试理论及大学英语教学大纲的变化角度回顾大学英语四级考试的发展历史,结合调查数据,指出此次改革难以解决大学英语教学中一系列难点问题,在此基础上,提出了课程评价的改革思路,弱化大学英语四级考试的权重,加强终结性评价与形成性评价有机结合,有效地促进教学质量的提高.
Reform of College English Test Band 4 (CET4) plays an important role in the ongoing college English reform. This article reviews briefly the history, of CET4 reforms based on linguistic testing theories and changes in college English syllabus, and by combining the questionnaires among college English teachers and students, it points out that this reform can not solve the some suggestions to lower the role of CET4 in the society and existing problems. Furthermore, it provides English teaching, establishes a new evalualion system, and combines terminative and formative evaluations in order to improve the college English teaching quality effectively.
