摘要
目的了解我校不同层次护生评判性思维能力的现状,为培养护生评判性思维能力寻找教育策略。方法采用“评判性思维能力测量表”对我校在读护理硕士生、全日制本科护生、专科护生共305名作测试分析。结果我校护生的CTDI-CV总平均分为289.54±27.75分,研究生组311.00±21.42分,本科组294.57±26.19分,专科组280.05±27.75,各组间差异有显著意义,总分与学历层次的相关系数r=0.27(P<0.01)。各个维度得分在不同学历护生间差异有显著意义,且与学历层次呈正性相关。结论学历高的护生评判性思维能力更强,应当提高层次、大力发展本科及以上层次的护理教育。在护理教育过程中,必须重视对护理专业大学生的评判性思维能力的培养。
Objective To investigate the current status of critical thinking disposition of nursing students with different education level in order to find the training strategies. Method 305 nursing students were tested with Critical thinking disposition Inventory Chinese Version (CTDI-CV). The results were analyzed by SPSS 1 l. 0. Result The total average score of 305 students was 289.54±27.75, each of them were postgraduates 311.00±21.42,undergraduates 294.57± 26.19 and associate degrees 280.05±27.75. The was significant difference in total score among these groups(P〈0.01). The correlation coefficient between total score and education level was 0.27. (P〈0.01). The difference was existed in most dimensionality of each group. Conclusion The higher of the education level of nursing students showed the mort positive critical thinking disposition. It should expand the higher level nursing education and reduce the lower level nursing education, more attention should be paid to the training of critical thinking disposition.
