摘要
[目的]了解孕妇在孕期对孕产期相关知识的需求程度，为产前健康教育和孕期培训的授课内容提供依据。[方法]采用自设问卷的方法，对49例孕妇进行问卷调查。[结果]孕妇在孕期对知识的需求不同，孕妇对分娩安全知识、产后恢复训练和新生儿的护理知识需求较强，分别为77．6％，71．4％，65．3％。[结论]孕期健康教育要根据孕妇的普遍需求来合理安排课时，满足孕妇的知识需求，从而更好地实施人性化的护理。
Objective： To know about gravida＇s demand degree for related factors during pregnaricy, and to provide some bases for prenatal health education and teaching contents of training during pregnancy. Methods： A total of 49 gravida were investigated by filling self - designed questionnaire. Results： The demands of gravida for knowledge during pregnancy were different. The demands of gravida for knowledge about delivery safety, puerperal recovery training and neonatal nursing care were stronger 77.6 %, 71.4 % and 65.3 % respectively. Conclusion： The courses of health education for gravida during pregnancy should be reasonably arranged based on their general demands, so as to meet their knowledge demands. So nurses should provide humanizing nursing better for gravida.
