摘要
以新疆枸杞为原料,在提取水料比、温度、pH值和时间的单因素试验的基础上,采用L9(34)正交试验的方法对提取枸杞多糖的条件进行优化筛选,研究结果表明:枸杞多糖提取最佳工艺条件为提取温度100℃,提取pH11,水料比10∶1,提取时间2h。
Isolation of Polysaccharide from Lycium Barbarrum has been studied. The optimal conditions of extracting polysaccharide from Lycium Barbarrum as following:adding water volume 10 times as much as that of sample ,extracting 2 h at 100 ℃ with pH adjusted to 11.
