摘要
目的建立亮菌多糖的含量测定方法。方法采用苯酚-硫酸比色法。结果测定波长为490 nm,线性范围在3.1～15.6 mg.L-1,平均回收率为99.78%,RSD=0.99%。亮菌多糖的含量为68.72%,RSD为1.28%。结论该方法操作简便、快速准确、重现性好,可用于亮菌多糖含量的测定。
Aim To establish a simple and accurate method for the determination of polysaccharide in Armillariella tabescens. Method Phenol-sulfuric acid colorimetric analysis is employed. Result The detected wavelength was 490 nm. Linear range was 3. 1 - 15.6 mg·L^-1. The average recovery rate was 99.78% and RSD was 0.99%. The polysaccharide content of Armillariella tabescens in total polysaccharide was 68.72% and RSD was 1.28%. Conclusion The method is convenient, rapid, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for quality control of polysaccharide of Arrnillariella tabeseens.
