摘要
首次运用微波技术用水提醇沉法提取红景天叶多糖 ,用苯酚—硫酸比色法测定多糖含量 ,测得红景天叶中多糖含量为 3.0 1% ,平均回收率为 98.6 8% ,RSD =1.2 6 % (n =3) 。
Microwave technique applied in the polysaccharides of Rhodiola rosea has been obtained for the first time,Polysaccharides of Rhodiola rosea was obtained by hotwater extraction and ethanol precipitation,content determination with phenol vitriolic colorimetry.The polysaccharides content of Rhodiola rosea is 3.01%,recovery rate is 98.68%.
