摘要
以硫酸和氟化钠为浸出剂对辽宁朝阳地区产富钾页岩进行提钾实验,得出适宜的浸出条件为溶液中硫酸浓度10 mol/L,氟化钠用量0.8 g/g(对矿石),液固比7∶1,浸出温度100℃,浸出时间2 h;在此条件下,钾的浸出率达到94%。利用XRD分析研究提钾过程的反应机理,推断出过程中发生的主要化学反应及相关的化学反应式。热力学计算表明这些反应的吉布斯自由能均为负值,证实了这些反应的存在。
The experiment on the potassium extraction from the potassium-rich shale produced in Chaoyang region, Liaoning Province was made with sulfuric acid and sodium fluorite as the leachants. It was concluded from the experiment that the optimal conditions for the leaching were the sulfuric acid concentration of 10 mol/L, sodium fluoride dosage of 0.8 g/g (ore) , liquid-solid ratio of 7: 1, leaching temperature of 100 ℃ and leaching period of 2 h, at which the potassium leaching rate of 94% could be achieved. The reaction mechanism in the potassium extraction process was studied using XRD and the main chemical reactions occurring in the process and related chemical reaction equation in the process were deduced. The thermodynamic calculation indicated that the Gibbs free energy of these reactions were all of negative value, illustrating the existence of these reactions.
