摘要
利用热丝法熔化温度测定仪研究了保护渣结晶温度的影响因素,得到各种成分对保护渣结晶温度的影响规律及影响程度·研究表明,随着碱度及渣中NaF和CaF2含量的增大,保护渣结晶温度逐渐升高;随着渣中Al2O3,MgO,Na2O,K2O,BaO,MnO,B2O3含量的增大,保护渣结晶温度逐渐降低;随着渣中Li2O含量的增大,保护渣结晶温度先降低,2%时结晶温度最低,而后逐渐升高·
The single hot-wire thermocouple technique was used to study the influencing factors on the crystalline temperature of mold flux, and how the different compositions of flux used affect the crystalline temperature was revealed. The results showed that the crystalline temperature of mold flux rises with the increasing basicity, mass fractions of NaF and CaF_2 contents, and the crystalline temperature lowers gradually with the the increasing mass fractions of Al_2O_3,MgO,Na_2O,K_2O, BaO, MnO and B_2O_3 contents.Furthermore, the crystalline temperature decreases first then comes to its lowest value at 2% with the increasing mass fractions of Li_2O content, and goes up from the lowest point later on.
