摘要
应用氨基酸自动分析仪对石菖蒲中游离氨基酸的组成及含量进行分析,结果表明:石菖蒲所含游离氨基酸的总量为0.6545%,氨基酸的组分为17种,其中包括人体必需氨基酸8种和人体半必需氨基酸2种.这一结果为评价石菖蒲的药用价值提供了一定的依据.
Automatic amino acid analyzer was used to determine the constituents and contents of amino acids in A. tatarinowii Schott. Total free amino acid contents of A. tatarinowii Schott amounts to 0. 6545%. The amino acid constituents come to 17 types,in which 8 types are essential to man and 2 types are semi-essential to man. The result provides data for evaluating the medicinal value of A. tatarinowii Schott.
