摘要
目的:建立乳腺增生颗粒中芍药苷高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定方法。方法:使用Agilent-C8色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)。流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸(20∶80),流速lml/min,检测波长230nm,柱温25℃。结果:芍药苷在0.26-1.3μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率99.14%(RSD=2.3%,n=5)。结论:本方法可用于乳腺增胜颗粒中芍药苷的质量控制,方法简便、准确、可靠。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for determination the content of peoniflorin in Ruxianzengsheng Granula. Methods: The Agilent-C8 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol 0.1% phosphonic acid solution (20:80), the' detection wave length was 230 nm, flow rate was 1ml/min and column temperature at 25℃. Results: The linear range of peoniflorin was 0.26- 1.3μg( r = 0. 9999), t he mean recovery of peoniflorin was 99.14 % [ RSD (relative standard deviation) = 2.3 %, n = 5 ]. Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate, and reliable. It can be used to control the quality of Ruxianzengsheng Granula.
