摘要
取1月龄三黄鸡十二指肠的上皮细胞(intestinal epithelial cell,IEC),经分离纯化进行培养。结果表明:胰蛋白酶-EDTA配合使用、短时间消化收获细胞法可获得大量的健全肠绒毛隐窝单位,进一步培养获得的IEC完全可供相关实验研究之用。
The intestinal epithelial ceils were obtained from one month - old chicken＇ s duodenum for primary culture after being separated and purified. The results showed that abundant healthy intestinal villus was obtained by using the short time digestion technique with a mixture of trypsin and EDTA. After further cultivation, cells can be used for related experiment research.
