摘要
目的:建立测定双黄连口服液中绿原酸和黄芩苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。以Agilent ZORBAXSB-C18(250mm×4.6mm5μm)为色谱柱;流动相:甲醇-0.05%磷酸线性梯度洗脱;检测波长:328nm;流速:1.0ml/min。结果:绿原酸和黄芩苷的加样平均回收率分别为98.02%、RSD为1.98%(n=6);99.38%、RSD为1.25%(n=6)。结论:试验结果表明,该方法准确、灵敏度高、重现性好,可以作为双黄连口服液的质量控制标准。
Objective:To establish a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for determination of Chlorogenic Acid and Baicalin in Shuanghuanglian Oral Solution, Methods : Agilent Zorbax SB-C18 (250mm × 4. 6mm, 5um) column was used as the stationary phase,methanol and 0.05% phosphoric acid were used as mobile phase,and the photodiode array detector was used at 328nm. the flow rate was 1, 0ml/min, Results:The method had good linear relationship within the range of 5-100ug for chlorogenic acid and within the range of 2.7-54mg for baicalin,with the correlation coefficients (7) 0. 9998 and 0, 9999,respectively. The results of the average recovery were 98, 2 % (RSD= 2.1% n= 6) and 100.8% (RSD= 1.8% ,n=6). Conclusion:In this condition,chlorogenic acid and baicalin could be well separated from the other components, The advantage of the method was convenient ,rapid ,accurate and reliable, The method can be applied to quality control of Shuanghuanglian Preparations.
