摘要
目的:测定双黄连注射液中绿原酸及黄芩苷含量。方法:采用 HPLC 法,色谱柱:C_(18)柱(5μm,250mm×4.6mm),流动相:甲醇-0.2 mol·L^(-1)磷酸二氢钠(磷酸调 pH=2.7)(44:56),流速:1.0 mL·min^(-1),检测波长:320nm。结果:绿原酸和黄芩苷进样量分别在0.23~1.14μg,0.33~1.64μg范围内线性关系良好,r 值分别为0.9998和0.9999,平均加样回收率分别为97.4%和98.4%。结论:方法操作简便、易行,测定结果稳定、准确,可有效地控制制剂的质量。
Objective: To determine chlorogenic acid and baicalin in Shuanghuanglian injection. Method:HPLC column : C18 (5 μm, 250 mm× 4. 6 mm), mobile phase : methanol - 0. 2 mol · L^- 1 NaH2PO4 ( adjust to pH = 2. 7 with H3 PO4 ) (44:56 ), flow rate : 1.0 mL · min ^- 1, wavelength : 320 nm. Results: The calibration curves of chlorogenic acid and baicalin had a good linear relation respectively in the ranges of 0. 23 -1.14 μg( r = 0. 9998 ) and and 0. 33 - 1.64 μg( r = 0. 9999). The average recoveries were 97.4% and 98. 4% respectively. Conclusion:The method is easily operated, feasible, measure result is stable, accurate, and may control the preparations quality effectively.
