摘要
计划经济导致了在高科技人才激励制度中重事不重人、对人才只使用而不开发的“物本主义”,严重抑制了人才的工作激情和企业的发展活力。从理论和实践上来讲,“物本主义”只能使我们的制度和科技发展走向死胡同。总结国内外成功经验,我们应该切实推动高科技人才激励制度的人本主义改革,以利我国科技及经济的持续发展。
China is a developing country under the transfering from plan-based economy to market-based economy. The longlasted plan-based economy has led to a materialism in the high-tech talent inspiriting policy, within which the matter is much valued than the person, and so is intelligence usage than intelligence nurturance, and as a result, the enthusiasm and energy of talents as well as of corporations has been badly depressed. In theory and in practice, the materialism will bring nothing than a blind alley to our technology development. Summing up all the beneficial experiences from home and abroad, we should put forward the reformation leading to the humanitarianism in high-tech talent inspiriting policy so as to support the continuance development of China, technologically and economically.
