摘要
在促进社会公平和社会和谐的过程中,政府应发挥核心作用。政府首先要通过宣传教育,引导民众正确认识社会和谐的真正含义,然后通过建立健全与经济发展水平相适应的社会保障体系、加强税收调控、促进教育发展、关注弱势群体并坚决维护他们的合法权益、促进整体国民经济发展及增大公民的政治参与程度和政府行为的合法性等来解决社会和谐问题。
Government should play a central role in the process of promoting social justice and social harmony. The public should be guided to understand the meaning of social harmony correctly. Then measures should be taken to solve the social harmonious problem by establishing the social security system, strengthening regula- tion and taxation, promoting the life level of vulnerable groups and so on.
