公共服务型政府对于创新政府管理方式,整合行政资源,降低行政成本,提高行政效率和服务水平等具有重要的理论和现实意义.从政府职能、政府管理方式和政府运作方式三方面解读公共服务型政府的内涵.通过解决一个矛盾、搞好两个服务和创新三个理念的路径来建立公共服务型政府.
The public service government has important significance in theory and reality to the innovation of government,the conformity of administration resources,reducing the administrative cost,enhancing the administrative efficiency and the service equality.We can understand the connotation of the public service government from the government function,the way of government management and the way of government operation.Through resolving one contradiction,doing well two services and innovating three ideas we can establish the public service government.
